These Terms of Service ("Terms") form a binding agreement between you and Pro Global Delivery. By accessing our website, creating an account, or tendering a shipment, you agree to be bound by these Terms together with our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use our services.
2. Description of Services
We provide international and domestic freight forwarding, parcel delivery, real-time tracking, customs brokerage, and related logistics services. Service availability, transit times, and rates vary by lane and may change without notice.
3. Account Registration
You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use. We may suspend or close accounts that violate these Terms or applicable law.
4. Shipping & Delivery

5. Prohibited Items
Tendering prohibited items may result in immediate suspension of your account and forfeiture of the shipment.
6. Fees & Payment
Rates are quoted in the currency stated at checkout and are exclusive of duties, taxes, and surcharges unless otherwise indicated. We may adjust quotes if actual weight or dimensions differ from declared values. Invoices are payable within 14 days; overdue balances accrue 1.5% monthly interest.
7. Liability & Insurance
Unless you purchase additional all-risk coverage at the time of booking, our liability is limited to the lesser of:
- The actual repair or replacement value of the lost or damaged goods, or
- The maximum amount allowed by the applicable international convention (e.g., Warsaw, Montreal, CMR, Hague-Visby) or US$100, whichever is lower.
We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of profit or business opportunity.
8. Claims Process
All claims must be submitted in writing within 14 days of delivery (or expected delivery date for losses). Provide the tracking number, description of the loss or damage, supporting photos, and proof of value. We will acknowledge claims within 5 business days and resolve them within 30 days where possible.
9. Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including the Pro Global Delivery name, logo, trademarks, software, and tracking interfaces, is owned by us or our licensors and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer any part without our prior written permission.
10. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the services at any time for breach of these Terms, suspected fraud, or risk to other users. You may stop using the services at any time; provisions related to liability, IP, and dispute resolution survive termination.
11. Disclaimers
The services are provided "as is" and "as available". To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the website will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure at all times.
12. Governing Law & Disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Pro Global Delivery is incorporated, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Disputes will first be addressed through good-faith negotiation; unresolved matters shall be settled by binding arbitration, except for injunctive relief which may be sought in court.
